I prefer to order on the app but I was driving and couldn't do so. Well I asked if I can use the restroom and then place my order after because I was literally about to pee myself. I had been driving all morning and really had to go. She refused to allow me to do so. I am a regular at this taco bell, well I was until today. I will no longer come to this location. Besides, they've been rude multiple times before this, usually have long wait times, they mess up my order often, and I've never complained about these things! The woman today was so unbelievably rude to me. I left to get some breakfast and use the restroom somewhere else.

The management here is a clear example of how a title doesn’t equal competence. You guys need some serious work, and it starts with the employees FIRST! We politely asked for it to be fixed, but had to explain what was wrong three different times, and it still felt like they didn’t understand. After multiple attempts and continued confusion, we eventually just gave up and went home. Really disappointing to see how much this place has declined. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s actually worth it.
