  The girl at the window was sooo rude! I know she deals with college kids all the time but not everybody is and she had a horrible attitude, didn't ask about sauce and just basically said goodbye. I don't even want to eat this food cause I am so mad after getting off work. Also receipt says no onions or sauce on bean and cheese which I didn't say. So she was not only rude but didn't listen. It's graduation weekend so good luck to her on the next coming weekends, coming from somebody on the bar industry downtown. Ugh ruined my whole day and should have got something else but wanted fast.

  The only reason I gave one star is because zero or negative number of no stars is not an option. Any time I come here to pick up food at this "fast food" place it is an easy 30 minute wait.. if you are lucky, typically, it's longer than that.. tonight for two items, I waited for forty five minutes you all need to do better as this is completely unacceptable.

  Came in and stood in the line at the kiosk. Asked if I could use the bathroom. Said I could not get the code until I placed an order. Spent $2 on a useless small drink just so I did not peel on the floor. An older man came in after me and they forced him to make a purchase before they would allow him to use the restroom.
