  I ordered online, around 2:30 pm yesterday , Sunday 26th and I didn't wanna wait outside in the hot sun, so yes I proceed to go inside and they ask me if I'm here for a mobile order. I say yes. Well the tall skinny girl was okay and nice but the other girl was very rude. Ofc I know my food isn't ready, I just placed it. The rude service member then proceeded to very loudly say rude things about mobile order people coming early and there food isn't ready. Well for a fact I know it's not ready, I just placed it. I went inside to stay out from the hot sun. I wasn't even being rude. When the nice lady told me they just got it I proceeded to say "alright" and sit down to read. Yet still the rude customer has things to say. If you want to say rude things about people at least lower your voice, I didn't feel welcomed at all. At least treat people with proper manners I wasn't even rude to you and didn't even say anything at all to her yet she still went on. I'm not trying to be bean at all, it's just treat people with respect, no need to be so rude about a job you decide to work for.

  Poor customer service. Attendants are as slow as a sloth, and they just throw your stuff in the bread without properly and meticulously handling it. One time we had to wait for the guy to finish making an online order. Then when he was done, the girl who was supposed to check us out said she had to count her money - including the coins - before she checks us out. That was incredibly stupid and frustrating! When we asked her about it, the guy countered that we should not be aggressive… What the heck?! Do you even understand the word “aggressive”? You render this abysmal customer service and you don’t want us to question you about it? Extremely unprofessional! We ended up leaving without getting the sandwich.

  I had a gift card that she didn't want to even look at to help see how I use it for the restaurant there and we were the only ones there at first. Then WOW, $35 for a 6" and footlong meal that's just crazy prices. Won't be back. Food was good and made the way we asked though.
