  Placed an online delivery order through Sonic app. Missing two up-charged items from the order. Not sure if the store messed up or if the delivery driver did. Tried to call the store to resolve the issue, phones kept ringing three times. No pick-up. Very unprofessional way of operating business.

  Ive tried this place multiple times and everytime it disappoints with food and service. Everytime I try getting bags of ice they make an excuse that makes no sense even though other locations are more than happy to make one in less than 2mins. This location should just be demolished so these workers know what they know what real work is elsewhere because lack of quality control and workers that dont care.

  Not even 10 AM and somehow I was met with the worst customer service imaginable. I pulled up with zero cars in the drive‑thru, no one waiting for food, and still couldn’t even ask a simple question without being met with the most condescending tone. The woman working the drive‑thru at 9 AM on Tuesday, 08/18 completely ruined my morning with unnecessary rudeness. I genuinely don’t understand the attitude when the place wasn’t even busy. So i did her the favor of leaving.. Do better, Sonic. This location needs serious improvement in how it treats customers.

  Not sure what is going on at this location Went 3 times in a time lapse of a week to buy a bag of ice and the 3 times got told they can’t sell me ice. Not sure if they are not selling ice any longer. I asked if there is a certain time ( hour) that they don’t sell ice so I can come earlier at a different time , employee stated that machine stops giving ice and don’t have it available which maybe that is the case but for it to be 3 times I don’t think it’s a coincidence

  Made a pick up order 10 minutes ahead of arrival. Just a large soda and a shake, waited in a stall for 45 MINUTES. I couldn’t take it so I decided to just leave, BUT I COULD NOT BECAUSE THE DRIVE THRU LINE WRAPPED AROUND THE STALL. I can’t even phantom how the workers can be so terrible about time management. I finally got out after a hour. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THE RVP NEEDS TO COME TO THIS STORE.
