  Did a mobile order through the app and when I arrived about 10-16 mins after placing the order they supposedly didn’t have my order and as I tried to show the cashier that it’s placed and has been paid he said “I appreciate that but I can’t do anything on my end, its a 3rd party and messes up all the time. Might as well just cancel the order and try again.” Mind you we can’t cancel the order or ask for a refund through the app. Then after waiting at the window for 10 mins he all of a sudden found my order in the back? Then proceeded to tell me that he can’t give me all my sauces… ridiculous! Not even for the convince of the whole ordeal. As a manager of a restaurant my self the sauces are counted as paid through the order so you there should be no reason I couldn’t get my sauces. The person who helped us is Steven

  Very disappointed always come to location sometimes foods hot this time it was old corn dogs also never give napkins in bag?? or ask us if we need anything else need to work on customer service

  I'm not much of a Sonic fan however their drinks are outstanding customer service sucks here

  Worst service ever waited almost 5min to just get our order taken then proceed to wait at the drive thru for 3min where they asked us to move forward and we waited are now at 5 min and still waiting for my food
