  Very rude the soda was bad I told them and they said no it wasn’t argued with me finally game me a new drink when I asked for my receipt she threw it at me I asked for her name and she said she wasn’t allowed to give me her name. I would love to get in contact with somebody from corporate!

  Returned to TUS late from the East Coast and had the munchies. Large fries, diet Coke and iced coffee. Would have preferred hot coffee but they didn't have it.

  Man, this is the second time going to this franchise. Both times were horrible. Shame on me for giving it a second chance, I guess. First time, I ordered corn dogs. They didn't give me any ketchup, so I asked for some. They told me was a 50 cent charge for packet. This time, i stayed away from ordering corn dogs, the cost for a packet of ketchup was ridiculous. I did online order on their property to get an app only exclusive. I pulled into the stall immediately after ordering. When putting the stall number in I noticed there was a drink, I didn't realize was in the cart. Okay, my bad if I ordered it was in my cart. But darn, the drink was passion fruit. I hate passion fruit. I immediately go to ask to change the drink flavor. ( it has only been one minute since I placed order) she said No, drink already has been made. What??? Online says not ready til 145pm. Only 1:40pm. So you mean to tell me if I didnt order it while I was on the property, by the time I got there my drink would be watered down in a 100 degree temperature just sitting on the counter. What common sense person would make a drink before hand and let it sit in monsoon season weather while you waited for the rest of food to cook or for pickup. I just feel customer service could be a 💯 better. She refused to change the drink. And the drink was nasty and ice melted. My son said. I have been to other sonic with zero complaints, I just feel this franchise makes Sonic as a whole a dispointment and reflects negatively on their image. Rude employees that nickel and dime people of ketchup packets that probably cost 10 cents. I am just so sad, I love Sonic...but this franchise has left a sour taste in my mouth literally and figuratively.

  I went to the sonic on 198 W Valencia Rd, Tucson, AZ 85706 to get a dirty Dr Pepper. I specifically asked for the dirty Dr Pepper to not have coconut due to the fact that I am allergic to coconut on taking a sip of my dirty Dr Pepper. I realized that there was coconut in it and now I am having an allergic reaction and would like this to be addressed

  Skimpy fries. No toasty buns?! Was not getting more than what I would have received if I chose to make at home ... Everything was at an "eh" level; nothing special.
