What happened to good customer service at sonic. The attitude these girls at the front give while you’re trying to order is ridiculous. Apart from that they got my order wrong. And apart from that she said they don’t accept split payments and then proceeds to make the order even more complicated and still takes the split payment. So which one is it? In the last couple months I have not had a good experience and it’s a real bummer since it’s one of my favorite spots to have a late night munch

Everytime i go here i literally get 7 fries in my large french fries every single time its less than a quarter of the fry box full and none in the bag!!!

The half price drinks and slushies my rewards program are the main reason that I was drawn into Sonic. Now that they no longer have this rewards offer I thought about going but changed my mind because I end up paying like $5 for a drink and it's not even worth it, when I was getting it for half price before, and I would get a lot especially in the summer. This time I did not visit I was looking at the menu thinking of going and again I'm deciding not to go because I don't get my half price drink. In my eyes you failed Sonic.

Talk about shitty people and the shittiest service. Here’s how to make a cherry limeade properly: a large gets 3 pumps of cherry syrup, 3 like slices of lime and a cherry, ice and filled with sprite. Now go tell all of your staff and make sure they know because ITS YOUR SIGNATURE DRINKS YOURE MAKING WRONG and if you’re going to advertise refreshers please listen to the customer, I asked for a green tea refresher not soda water refresher. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted and the final strike on why I won’t be back. And I always tip your car hope $5-$10 each time too. A shame of a sonic. A disgrace to the sonic name.
