This location deserves no stars. Do not pick up orders here, Do not place your order here. The staff is incredibly rude. They are also very aggressive. They get upset with you when you place an order they get upset with you when you pick up an order they get upset with you just for existing and coming into this establishment. There is no professionalism. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY

Food is any other sonic, there's a bus stop right next to it and homeless people are constantly hanging around. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's quick and other times you could be sitting there for 15-30 minutes. Especially 5-6pm

The ocean water hits the spot when nothing else is quenching enough! For
Foot long coney, yes please! If you get it to go check inside the packaging under the box the dog is in to find your fork. I always think they forgot a fork until I get to the end of the dog and find the fork underneath!

Just went to this Sonic location to get food for my family, so it was a good order.
We ordered 2 meals, a kids meal and one cheeseburger.
The associate got annoyed with our order.
The kids meal was wrong, I ordered cheese and no pickles on the burger. We did not get cheese and they put extra pickles. One of the meals was wrong as well, they gave us a regular burger instead of the hatch burger.
It was not busy.
They did not give me a receipt.
Poor customer service and terrible experience.
I will not spend my money here again.

NOT WORTH THE TIME, ORDER ELSEWHERE. Ordered ahead of time about 10 minutes before I arrived via the website. Checked in on the phone and let them know of my arrival upon getting there. Sat there for about 15 minutes as I watched this lady hand my food off to the wrong customer after I said "that's my food". Cool, mistakes happen. Another 15 minutes go by and I notice they're serving other customers who they had just taken their order while I was there. After all the cars left, I was asked what the name on my order was. Got my food and my shake, but was missing a drink. Cool, accidents happen. Got my drink, headed home after sitting there for about 45 minutes. Neither me or my wife's burger was correct. Contacted the app after being told by staff to do so, who then told me the store had to handle it. Customer service via the said they sent it over to management and now I'm waiting to see if I will be contacted. Depending on how timely and efficiently they handle this manner, this review will stay up.
