  Worst service ever. Ordered my drink via app before driving over. Pulled in and checked in and waited more than 10 minutes and never was served. No one to help. A complete waste of time and money!

  We usually order online and pick up through the drive through. We went to pick up our order and were met with such a friendly girl named Kira. Shes helped us multiple times and she is the sweetest ever. She always goes out of her way to make sure we’re taken care of.

  I hate leaving bad reviews but I waited 5-10 minutes at the drive-thru to even be acknowledged. I don’t mind waiting, as a former restaurant worker I can understand when management leaves a store understaffed, but I heard absolutely nothing. I pulled up to the window in case there may be an issue with their equipment but there was absolutely nobody inside. It was as if no one was working. Frustrated, I drove away and as I was leaving I saw what could have been an employee poke their head out. Absolute waste of time, got much better service at the Thornydale location just up the road. I suggest everyone go there instead.
