  Where do I start. Well they can start by getting a manager that is worth having. They messed my order up by not bringing it out for 20 minutes. Refused to remake it because it was called and refused to give a refund and even took the food back. I would never recommend this establishment to eat. It seems like the company has gone down hill a bit in service, respect and holding their managers accountable for their unprofessional behavior.

  Terrible service and horrible food. Reporting to the Arizona Attorney General's Office and BBB. Refusal of refund for low quality food.

  Tots & bevs were the usual. Apparently they discontinued the TX toast burger & replaced it with a "smash burger", literally just their regular super thick patties, with as one might expect a bunch made to hold up to a smash burger. So bad 0/10, the strawberry limeade their saving grace.

  Maybe I just came on a bad night, but it took like 20 minutes and it was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had :/

  I hadn’t been to Sonic in a while, so I decided to give it another try and ordered the Smashburger. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. The service seems to have declined, and the food didn’t taste very fresh—the lettuce, in particular, was wilted and starting to brown
