  My wife went to get food there for us after a long day of laying gravel They messed my order up by not bringing it out for 20 minutes. Refused to remake it because it was cold and refused to give a refund to her. So I showed up and the manager would not talk to me or come out and I heard him telling the people in the drive through about it and so I kept getting looks. I even had to call to cops. Called the 800 number and was told a refund would be requested but not guaranteed. So I spent almost 70 bucks got no food and no money still waiting for the district manager to reach out to me or corporate with nothing and still no money back. This sonic is not the place to go if you want good service or just any service. Instead they just rip off hard working people and give a run around. Don’t talk to the store manager either he will just try to find some way to make it your fault or just tell you to call the 800 number which they don’t help either. Shoutout to the car hop kid who was trying to help me, not his fault he manger was no good.

  Where do I start. Well they can start by getting a manager that is worth having. They messed my order up by not bringing it out for 20 minutes. Refused to remake it because it was called and refused to give a refund and even took the food back. I would never recommend this establishment to eat. It seems like the company has gone down hill a bit in service, respect and holding their managers accountable for their unprofessional behavior.

  Tots & bevs were the usual. Apparently they discontinued the TX toast burger & replaced it with a "smash burger", literally just their regular super thick patties, with as one might expect a bunch made to hold up to a smash burger. So bad 0/10, the strawberry limeade their saving grace.

  Maybe I just came on a bad night, but it took like 20 minutes and it was the worst grilled cheese I’ve ever had :/
