  I bought two garlic breads for my family, and both had the garlic spread on only one side. I called the store to ask whether they were made incorrectly or if this was a new way of preparing the garlic bread. The person who answered, Ren, transferred me to the bakery twice, and both times the call was disconnected. I ended up driving to the store in person, but Ren still could not give me an answer as to whether the garlic bread was made incorrectly or if this was the new standard. I was told I would have to wait until 8 AM tomorrow to find out whether putting the spread on only one side is now the policy. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The product itself was disappointing, but the customer service was the bigger issue. Ren was not helpful and came across as having a bad attitude, and I left without getting a simple question answered. For something as simple as asking whether the product was prepared correctly, I expected a much better response. If someone is able to help me resolve this tomorrow and provide a clear answer, I will gladly update my review accordingly. Update: After calling the Prince location, I was satisfied by how friendly and knowledgeable the person who answered was. They confirmed that their location prepares the garlic bread with garlic butter spread on both sides. After driving across town to get the bread from that location, I checked it myself, and sure enough, it was prepared correctly with the spread on both sides. I appreciate the Prince location taking the time to answer my question and provide a clear explanation. The Oracle  location could definitely take some notes from the Prince location when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction.

  I made an appointment for a flu vaccine, showed up on time, was given paperwork to fill out, however no one informed me of how long a wait I was looking at, in fact no one informed me of anything at all, and after over a half hour of waiting, I informed the clerk that I was leaving, and asked to have the vaccine appointment cancelled. As if that is not enough needless hassle, I received an email afterwards with my "vaccination record", for a vaccine that I never received. I had to call twice and I was assured twice that it will be cancelled in their system, so I have to keep checking to make sure that happens. Why do they offer appointments if they can't keep up, and don't bother informing people that the wait will be over a half hour? The attitude at this pharmacy seems to be way too cavalier for me to trust them with anything, let alone a vaccination.

  I love this store but can someone please stop the blonde ponytail guy with a face mask and toddlers from standing in front of the pokemon machine for hours. He was there this morning and now he is back again tonight. I understand waiting for 15 min, but multiple hours is crazy work.

  I will not shop there anymore. They continue to raise their prices contributing to the inflation problem everyone is dealing with. They can’t say suppliers are raising their cost when other grocery stores are selling the same products for much less. They try to gouge you wherever they can, on top of making you ring up and bag your own groceries. Dairy products for sale that expired over a week ago, bakery items on rack for sale several days past expiration up date. The Red Bird Farms chicken is good but their beef poor quality and over priced.
