  I don't think it's far for my daughter especially being a loyal costumer for years and myself being here for over 30 years. My daughter try to do the right thing and go to the supervisors to help with an bad experience with a person name Alexis at Starbucks and yet noting happen they said "We talked to her" yet more bad situations happened right after that!!! I think it's the supervisors that don't do they're jobs at all otherwise this would of never continue to keep happening. It's noting but drama at that Safeway they gossiping about the costumers it's very unprofessional and immature. We need better supervision there especially when the costumer keeps having issues with the same employee and noting is happening this is been disappointing I hope they get rid of this Alexis girl and get a better supervisor since they're not doing noting after my daughter gotten harassed, mistreated, unwelcome my daughter then gossiping all over Safeway employees about her very immature she's being scary, when my daughter came to do the right thing it would of gotten out of line if it wasnt for my daughter being the grown women she is. SAFEWAY DO BETTER CHOICES when it comes to your employees 😓😓😓 .

  I had a awful experience multiple times with the lady name Alexis at Starbucks supposedly she's the manager but treats her costumers AWFUL! I'm still debating on to depend on the mangers/supervisor to handle it but still having issues with her even after they talked to her Smh 🤦‍♀️ it's like the costumers don't matter 😒 I don't recommend having Alexis doing your drinks as experience multiple times and a regular costumer there for years she's pure EVIL and BAD MANAGER! her costumer service is horrible and ugly, praying for her is all I can do since the mangers/ supervisors don't or won't help with the situation.

  The store is good but the Starbucks there is noting but problems and Drama the manger Alexis is rude, disrespectful and likes to gossip very immature I hope they find a good Manager to run that place for the costumers sake 🙏

  Contacted the Customer Service Desk and spoke with Sebastian concerning the availability of Tejava black ice tea. He was extremely polite and willing to help. He checked the stock and told me what he found and I told him I was on my way. When I arrived I found 2 cases ready to go which was an absolute surprise because he did not have to pull the individual bottles and load up the cases. This may not seem like a big deal but after calling several other Safeway Store and being told they don't sell the tea in a case, and they would have to order the cases for me. I told those Safeway' that they receive the tea in a case, at which point they open the case to place the item on the shelf. Other Safeways said they could not put the 33 oz bottles they had in a case and sell the case at the ad price because they were a different item, which was absolutely wrong. Now go back to Sebastian, and you will see this young man went out of the way, understood the issue, and acted like a professional, caring, knowledgeable customer service individual! I normally shop at a different Safeway but after today, this store is now my go to store. Thank you Sebastian for helping me!
