- BBBecky1 day ago1.0I use to work here today 10/14/2026 I went and bought a banana matcha at starbucks the lady helping me was usually nice to me. But today, she is being rude for no reason trying to humiliate me and embarrass me in front of other customers, I was gonna cuss her out, but I know what the definition of customer service, I deal with people on a daily basis that's not how you treat people. I don't care if you're having a bad day. You put a smile on your face and get through it. Because the people that you face on a daily are innocent bystanders, they have nothing to do with what's going outside your work. Kind words, go a long way. Being mean and disrespectful has a memory like a scar. Everybody has a story and everybody goes through the tough times but that doesn't give a right to treat people disrespectfully
