When I do pick up orders or even go in to shop the day AFTER - (just ONE day)- after the new weekly comes out they are out of stock on multiple items- whoever orders for each department needs to learn how to order enough quantity for sales. This is coming from a store manager from another company - I have NEVER had this many issues with out of stock - substitution message (when ordering online) / empty shelves when I shop the day after or even the first day of a sale. It’s insane . The company has to lose so much money of issues like that . Also when I do and online order - the fruits and veggies I swear they pick from the bottom or the discard bins in the back of the store - I refuse to get fruits and veggies when doing online orders - I wish Safeway would just try to do better then I’d continue to shop there - until then I’ll be going to fry’s .
