Why was this location not open when it was supposed to be. It was a hour late before they let people in on Wednesday July 8. 2026. Very unprofessional and if this was due to hours changing for stocking training or any other business related function. At the very least it should have been posted. To prevent dozens of customers waiting outside for a time that was very well known locally. Management should be held to standard . Not sweep in under the rug like most places do with the public. Time is valuable to everyone.

I am giving this store a one star not because the bakery items are not good it's because their customers service is horrible I asked if they could help me with placing an order online to make a red velvet cake because the options don't offer icing or filling for the red velvet then I wanted a printable image with words and they told me I had to print the picture out instead of emailing it I said I don't have a printer and they said that's all we can do they were not willing to help and was fine with me taking my business elsewhere when I spoke with the Bakery manager she said the system is limited nothing we can do when I spoke with Griselda the assistant store manager and asked what is the number to corporate she gave it right away not willing to see what the issue was or help if you want a personalized cake don't go here they can't help
Update--the store Manager Vanessa called me back knowing she can't help me cuz they can't print images in color and continued to lecture me and what I need to do so they can make the cake don't use this location the managers don't care about customers and can't take any time to listen to them

Rude and purposefully unhelpful. I've been here three times because it's convenient and was treated blatantly rude twice. I won't be back.
Cashier told me I had to go back into the store and take a picture of the label even though it was CLEARLY ringing up as the wrong item.

This location has a genuinely odd atmosphere. Management feels absent, security feels dismissive, and basic interactions often come across as cold or defensive.
It's hard to put a finger on, but there seems to be an underlying culture here that lacks hospitality and customer care. I left with the impression that helping people is treated as an inconvenience rather than part of the job.
Not a welcoming experience.

Honestly some of the most useless staff I've ever seen at a grocery store, they're almost all rude and don't seem to know how to do their jobs. Been putting up with it for years because the store was near my house but thankfully the Trader Joe's just opened so I never have to go here again!
