  Friendly staff clean store. Only issue is that it only has one door you enter and exit from .I understand why because of theft .

  So on the second shift it is now 7:00 in the evening nisa Chose to tell me that the produce item that I was trying to purchase I should look up in her phone and she put her phone to my face. On the surveillance cameras it will show that she pulled up her phone to make me look up what it was that she did not know. I said maybe you should look it up on your phone how to spell it. she said that she does not know how to spell it. I then said I'm not going to do that. you should know how to spell the produce that you sell in the store. she leaned back and got in her phone I also said that I don't care who you text, you should know how to spell different type of peppers that you sell in the store. She said girl ain't you grown? I then said I could be 4 years old but you still should know how to spell the produce items that are in your store. There was more conversation after that but her behavior her body language and what she did demonstrate Nisa was doing too much for the customer service in the agreement ,to provide decent cordial service. All of the items that you sell at Safeway should be able to be found in the database, some kind of way. I told her to call the manager. And a young man came up to help me and asked if I wanted to allow him to check me out because I said just take the item off since you werent able to sell it or tell me what was the price of it because the price of it she rang in was three dollars on the item. Not $299/ Much work needs to be done about her customer service and how it is she deals with individuals. it is seems as if she does not have any knowledge, or has a prejudice to, complying to things that maybe possibly taught at orientation. But I am more than quite sure that being polite and courteous and not being condescending and impolite, was all within the training that she received. She said Aunt you grown. I replied "I could have been an adolescent regardless of my age you. I could be 4, but You, did not know how to spell- "poblano pepper" Nisa should have still shown me respect as a customer no matter her lack of knowledge and lack there of. She called me "Girl"....within her interaction. I then found the manger. She said she would take my number and allow me to be called back . Keep the hire rate circulatory, until the proper individuals want job stability. Mind you, this location has lots of polite and helpful young people. She is not that and she treated me as if I was beneath her. Very condescending, and sarcastic.
