Great Birria, papas, queso and chips all are on point! Very friendly and welcoming staff, great food and good people.
Delicious! Birra Rojo cheesy tacos awesome! Chicken rollies awesome! Carne asada tacos amazing! Happy hour chips and queso and $5 margarita awesome! Beans and rice awesome! All the salsas so unique. Service was stellar! The nicest staff! Patio is indoors so no need to worry about the heat! Next time we are on Tucson this will be on our must visit list!
Ordered online for the first time. Visiting across town so had to try the OG location for the full menu. Yup, everything on the menu is as good as it looks. Root the Chef says #smacklife approved.

Loved loved the music nothing but oldies nice inside very good vibes diffently coming back again.. Noe was our hostess very friendly very nice worker recommend this spot to grub and listen to good music

I ordered a quesadilla for lunch through Rollies Mexican Patio’s app because I wanted to support the business directly and earn loyalty points. Unfortunately, the delivery driver canceled the order claiming there was an “issue” with it. When I tried to get support through the tracking link, I was directed to contact Rollies directly since the order was placed through their app.
What disappointed me most was the customer service afterward. I was immediately told, “Oh! Well, then your order got stolen, you would need to contact DoorDash.” I explained multiple times that I could not directly resolve it through DoorDash because the order was placed through Rollies’ app, not DoorDash itself. Instead of taking ownership or trying to help, I kept getting redirected back to DoorDash.
I finally asked them to please do something on their end since I was stuck in the middle. After they eventually contacted DoorDash, they were informed they had no way to reach the driver, but they could issue a refund.
Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service were really disappointing. Customers should not have to fight to get help when ordering directly through a restaurant’s own app. Sadly, I would not recommend supporting this business based on this experience.
