  Terrible! No prices on the menu, was told wait would be 15 minutes, waited 30 and then had to ask for my order. It had been sitting in the warmer while I sat in at the table being ignored. Pizza was probably the worst I've ever had! Will not go there again! A word to the wise....don't just stop in to place your order - they look at you like you're from a different planet because you didn't order online! Surprised they didn't have robots making the food, sure tasted like it.

  For starters I went through the drive thru the lady taking my order must’ve been new but instead of taking my order at the pos system at the window she stood at the front pos system shouting across the lobby told me the pizza should be about a 15 minute wait I waited 15 minutes went back through the drive thru I live four mins from this location my pizza was cold and stale I called in asking for a refund they then told me to call back the next day for a manager because him as a team member couldn’t do a refund which is understandable so I called in today the manager told me she’s unable to do a refund and to call back tomorrow to talk with the store manager unfortunately this was a bad experience all today

  Extremely poor customer service. There is an older lady working there that came in looking extremely sloppy and unkept. I ordered a pizza and my daughter wanted to eat it there so we did. My daughter became thirst and wanted water. I asked the older lady for a cup of water and she presented me with an empty cup and said I had to buy a bottle of water. Seriously what kind of lady denies a 6 year old girl tap water during the summer in Tucson Arizona. We bought and paid for a pizza, then she hands us an empty cup. Free cup, no water. This lady needs to work on hygiene and customer service. Looking at the other reviews everybody says the older lady is rude, she needs to be fired. The store looks like it is under construction but no work is be8ng done. It looks like crap in there. It is kind of hard to believe they serve food out of there and pass health inspections.

  The pizza is amazing wonderfully cooked and delicious. In store service needs some work but man can they cook.
