  My mom came to me ask me if I’d buy dinner tonight. She wanted Pizza Hut so I ordered for personal pizzas. Various toppings in order of pasta Alfredo and I don’t know why but this Pizza Hut and then I’ve managed mini dominoes and Little Caesars and stuff when I was younger And they blatantly put all the individual pizzas in one big box through the pasta in there sprayed way too much sauce on it to make it uneditable the chicken didn’t get all the way cooked. That is a food violation right there. I’m taking a picture cause I’m gonna send it to the department of public safety and health and food. I wasted my money purchasing those things because by putting the pasta inside the box with the pizza when it finally got home there was that sauce everywhere. What’s worse about all this is they are not answering their phones and haven’t been for more than 3040 minutes now. I don’t know what these people think. They think they are untouchable by the Better Business Bureau or Pima County health inspectors but clearly there’s something wrong cause when you serve raw chicken to someone, they’re lucky that we saw it. Otherwise we’d be talking about a $50,000 lawsuit. Unbelievable I’ve been to Utah Horgan, California, Florida, Texas, Wyoming, Washington, Nevada, Oklahoma, and I’ve never been treated this bad except for here at Tucson, Arizona at this Pizza Hut, right here off of Oracle. Anyone that is looking for pizza I would say go to Blackjack Domino’s even Little Caesars over this place. They won’t answer their phone so I can’t get any refund or any help with this? And you try to call and still no answer I’ve got multiple sclerosis and now I can’t even take my medication because they are messing up a very basic job that a sixth grader could do for years me and one other person ran the Domino’s Pizza booth at the fair for like three or four years And you’re telling me with all the employees they have they cannot get things proper and if you didn’t have boxes for the pizzas and stuff, why put them all in one box and until you mess up people’s food because you’re careless and put way too much sauce on things I can’t wait to talk to the health inspector

  Location: dirty Employees: very dirty Pizza: undercooked and incorrect order Whatever happened to the good old day when clean cut high school kids worked at Pizza Hut? Avoid this place unless food poisoning is your thing.

  If I could give no stars I would. I ordered delivery expecting them to deliver it themselves. Instead they passed it on to DoorDash. I ordered my order just after 4:30pm. The dasher picked it up at 5:20 and was delivered after 6 due to the fact that he double dashed a shopping order in a store. While my over $50 order sat in the car. It arrived cold soggy and just gross my boys didn’t even want to eat it. I contacted the store and spoke to the night manager on duty who was less than helpful and just kept saying there was nothing he could do. I asked for a corporate number he claimed they didn’t have one. I asked to passed onto the GM who then said they couldn’t do anything and to contact DoorDash which I already did and they said the store had to manage the issue. So I went around in circles with no solutions. The GM then claimed that he was never given a corporate number and they couldn’t do anything about it. And I was told to just not order from them again. They were not helpful in anyway. They had no customer service skills and were not friendly at all.

  I ordered a pizza tonight. After my girls grabbed the food the lady slammed the door behind them. I ran back up to the window at 11:20 because I could tell they were turning off the lights. I thought they were open until 11:30 (because it says so on Google) but the lady- she looked at me like she wanted to slap me and refused to let me buy a parmasean cheese at 11:20. Where did the other kind people go? This lady shouldn't be talking to guests at all. I come here ALL the time. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately.

  I ordered in app and picked it up myself. Was not served or dined in and it wasn't delivered so the sloppy looking employee harassed me for a tip which I declined. I had the option in the app and if he did something impressive above and beyond it would still be upto me and I would say something. How tacky to go begging for tips when you didn't meet the criteria to be tipped. So 1 star for service and atmosphere
