  I paid for a soda 2 liter and the driver forgot it said he would go back for it and never came back I tried calling but was on hold for 40 mins and no one never answered can’t even get a refund for a $5 soda

  I Ordered 4 of the personal pan pizzas . With soda. Well the pizza came cold had extra amounts of the sauce hardly any cheese. So I called and let tell you it was a nightmare. Put on hold for over 45 minutes. But even then was I able to get this resolved. Very disappointing in pizza hut. Spent almost 40 bucks s and yet to have been replaced

  I hate to give bad reviews. I know it hurts the business .. and I WILL SAY THIS.. the staff TRIED to be decent and apologetic and the food itself was well cooked. My problem is that it took nearly an hour to get my order I had placed using the app. And the reason was New Years Eve DELIVERY ORDERS that were taking precedence over orders placed by customers that decided to venture out in the rain and get their own food. I don't think thats a very good business strategy. You should give priority to customers that actually show up to your place of business as opposed to making them wait as they take care of DOORDASH or UBER EATS orders. That's my official position on that. Other then that, I would have given them 5 stars across the board. Again, the staff was apologetic and courteous and the food was well prepared, but the wait made for a negative experience.
