  First the bad stuff; the serving sizes are small, real small. Serving wasn't anything special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything to write home and tell mamma about.

  Gabriel was very friendly and helpful! He provided great customer service. Our food was ready when we arrived for pickup.

  It doesn’t matter if you can get another pizza delivered by grub hub if it’s cold and hard it doesn’t matter. If you want a refund you have to bring back the whole pizza and if you took a bite of it because that’s the only way you’re gonna know if the pizza is hot or cold or any good at all including the breadsticks then you can’t get a refund but they can replace it for you if you want to pick it up or they can send still it to you through Grubhub which obviously my pizza is cold. There’s not very much sauce on it and it’s cold enough to be hard. The breadsticks are cold I mean, literally everything is cold. I can’t even say it was warm. I can get myself a credit for the value of what I spent which will last 30 days on my account which at the end of the day does absolutely nothing for my elderly mom that didn’t even eat her piece of pizza or do I really want to order again from them to deliver nothing but cold stuff. My mom took a couple bites of her pizza and so did I and my husband and at the end of the day the customer service is not good whoever they use for delivery because they’re short staff should not fall on us and if they use drivers like GrubHub the company should make sure they are delivering food to pizza hits expectations and not settle for whatever. Unfortunately your best bet is to order Pizza Hut at an actual restaurant if they have them anymore to where you can eat in at, because delivery out of the question and if I can give them zero stars for everything and if I could rate the driver from Grubhub he would a zero too.
