  At about 4:15 PM on 26 June 26, 2026, I attempted to pick up an order for a pan pizza, I had my ADA Service dog with me because of seizures. The manager refused to give me my order because of my service dog, which was clearly marked “Trained Service Dog.” I tried to explain Federal law and key provisions of A.R.S. § 11-1024. The manager said, “I don’t care”, and order me to leave. I was able to get my money back from my credit card.

  Our family decided to delete the pizza hut app. We ordered a pizza. After waiting an hour we checked the app and it said it was supose to be delivered 30 minutes previous. We tried calling the store after 15 minutes on hold my huband drove to the store. They had the food under the heat lamp for probably an hour-ish. They reversed the charge and gave us the pizza. They said they would still send a fresh pizza with the door dash. The fresh pizza was never delivered and the pizza they gave us was hard on the bottom in spots. Better to choose one of Tucson local pizza places. We learned our lesson the "convenience" of using a chain like pizza hut is not convenient or worth it in any way pick a different place!

  I had an order that had a minor mistake in it. I sent a request via Pizza Hut chat system and they chat sent it to the manager of the store. The manager of the store Gavin called me the following day promptly and fixed the mistake right away. The manager was very helpful, kind, considerate, apologetic, and understanding. He resolved the issue to my satisfaction. When I came to the store the front staff was very helpful as well and I got to meet the manager as well. I felt comfortable right away with the atmosphere and appreciated their customer service. Very good crew!!

  Went for lunch after church on Sunday may 24. The website showed it had a buffet. We got there and it looked abandoned trash was full so we thought it was closed. Well we went inside it was empty and hot. No salad bar so we ordered a 6 piece chicken wing and a personal pan pizza and a bottle of soda. No water to be served I don’t drink soda. And it took about 35 min to get our order. We were the only ones in the store. 1 employee very nice by the way but when other customers came in it was just her and the next guy came in started to help and neither of them had gloves on. Cooking and cutting pizza and taking orders. It was just disappointing. We payed 30 bucks for that food and it was not 30 bucks worth it. The restaurant needs some ambience and a soda fountain Geeze. And salad goes with pizza. I wish I could share the potion took of our food. Anyways I just hope changes can be made.
