  They charge extra for the red peppers and parmesian cheese. Then they didn’t make the pizza right. The store looks really bad

  My wife ordered dinner for two. Chicken Alfredo (2) meals. An order of bread sticks and wings, and it was delivered. We noticed right that they left the bread sticks out. We called, and as of right now, she has been on hold for 48 minutes. During the time we started on hold, we began eating. Now, I know this might be being picky, but shouldn't Chicken Alfredo have Chicken in it? Both meals didn't. We have lived in the same house for over 30 years and have been a loyal customer. But as of now. They still didn't answer. Beware of this location, their service and food has become really bad.

  Yesterday evening, 5/22/2026, I had my order delivered. Although the process was seamless, I did not receive the breadsticks I ordered, and two of the three pizzas were made with spicy marinara sauce. I called back on 5/23, and GM Adam was professional, made no excuses, and quickly rectified the situation. He handled everything like a well-trained and understanding professional. Thank you, Adam.

  I used their app and it wouldn’t get the address of the Pizza Hut I usually get pizza from, they got the order wrong and when I tried to get refund they wouldn’t give me it immediately since the manger wasn’t there so I had to wait the next day to call them for the refund and they kept hanging up on me and took 45 minutes to answer the phone. I do not recommend this place

  My wife order pizzas to be delivered by 11:30am for her lunch time. Order didn’t get there till 12:05. No one reached out to see if she even wanted it still being it was 30 minutes over the time it was supposed to be there. Pizza arrived cold of course. I called the store was on hold for 10 minutes and no answer. Very disappointing experience.
