  Dear Mr. Pizza Hut! This is the 3rd, yes you read that right the 3 rd time we have had issues with delivery, wrong order, and now they took my 600 pts with no delivery. (1865 W Valencia) I had ordered in the app. The app did not give me an option to put my payment method. It said order was placed. I looked in my app and I see that we have a card on file. I figured thats the payment they took. The delivery guy comes and ask for payment but not cards. We explained we only had the card and he said he was told to bring it back. I explained if we cam make a payment over the phone he acknowledge the store will not answer. So he took the pizza and my reward cheese sticks. Tried calling for 45 minutes, no luck. I tried reaching another location. La Cholla and the manager there did not know which location or the number to call for customer service fore my rewards and had me on a hold for over 15 minutes I ended the call with no resolution. Out of 600 pts and I will never likely order again if customer service does not meet minimal standards. Pizza Hut your pizza so good but time to clean house or change your service techniques!

  I ordered deep dish and gotten all regular very disappointed 😔,great service though still I ordered what I wanted and didnt get
