- JHJackie HoltrustSep 19, 20263.0Was told on phone pizza would be ready in15 minutes, went there then said another 25 minutes due to that I spoke with call center and they didn’t get order yet. Drove home to wait 25 more minutes. Not a good start
- VFVirginia FelixAug 27, 20261.0The establishment smell like rotten chicken. I would suggest an inspection Of the refrigerators and food.
- SSSkip StephensonAug 8, 20265.0This is a great location. The staff is very helpful and polite. First time here. Place is very clean. First time ordering from the Papa John's app and the staff was very helpful in ordering ftom that for the special pricing shown. Thanks again for the great experience that I had. The pizza was great. Very ffavorable and the crust just right !!!!
- TPTyla PoshkaJul 28, 20261.0I had my teenager order a meat lovers style pizza, she chose Papa John’s on 22nd. I can’t believe I paid $30 for such a horrible pizza. I’ve literally had five dollar frozen pizzas from the grocery store. Taste better than that. As I pulled up to the store, none of the lights were on. I almost missed it such a creepy vibe. I will never go back there. You couldn’t pay me to go back there.
- TWTail WagginJul 17, 20261.0The treatment from the manager at this location when calling to check on the status of an order that hadn't been started past the time it said it would be done was appalling. I was told "if you want faster food ,go somewhere else". I asked for the manager's name and was told and I quote "Does it matter?" and the "manager" refused to give me his name so I could contact their corporate office regarding this treatment. Now I see why the rating at this store is so low.
