  Gross food and horrible hygiene. Employee left food prep area to unlock bathroom- touching nasty keypad on bathroom door and then returned to food prep without washing hands. Fries were burned and cold burger was stale and cold. Discarded all of it after witnessing hygiene issue.

  Is the Drive thru service horrible as they say YES! The worst part is the shift manager and lead manager are not fit for thier roles. The one on Drive thru had me pull around and "wait for fries 3 min" I set my timer and well... no fries! So I walked into the store, Mrs Lady @ the Drive thru was handing out orders, the lead was shuffling back n forth over the fryer and the newbie like a deer in headlights when I asked how much longer for my order? This is nonsense to pull cars out of the Drive thru, and have to wait- then be forgotten. To whomever runs this location, no bueno!

  Slowest service I have ever experienced at any fast food location. They weren't busy at all but the staff was slow and being dismissive of other customers. I over heard kitchen staff claiming they already made an order, just after it was brought back by another customer. She stated that they got the order wrong, and kitchen staff thought it appropriate to back talk front service staff. I have worked in every kind of kitchen, and this behavior is unacceptable, even for something as unassuming as fast food. The owner needs to be more careful about who they hire, or this location will go out of business.

  These people are rude. They messed up some lady's order and the kitchen staff had the audacity to say "well we already made that". No. You didn't cause you messed it up. All I ordered was a bagel sandwich and a hash brown and that took forever. Like over 5 minutes. No wonder this location has low ratings. It's absolutely wild to me these people have jobs with their horrible attitude. Like go home if you don't wanna be there. Some one would love to take your job.
