  This has got to be the dirtiest McDonald's in Tucson. I wanted to sit down but after walking in I wished I would have gone through the drive thru. DISGUSTING I wish I could leave pictures GROSS

  I was attempting to dine in around 3pm until high schoolers started to openly vape their Marijuana right in view of employees and the cameras. I am on oxygen and was sitting by the registers the smell was so strong I had to leave since they were smoking.

  I come to this McDonald's everyday because I love their coffee. All the workers are great except one. His name is Peter he takes drive-thru orders and he is the rudest person I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. He talks to people like they are stupid he rushes you to order. He sighs in the middle of you ordering on the intercom and keeps interrupting and saying what else do you want! Every time I try to give him a code he messes it up some way or another and then says he can't do anything about it to fix it. And then he argues back and forth with you over the intercom. Not professional at all. What happened to the customer is always right!? I work in a restaurant.. This behavior towards customers would not be tolerated where I work that's for sure! I cannot believe that he is in a position of power seems to be a manager or something. After today's encounter I'm definitely going to be reaching out to corporate or the GM. I've had three terrible incidents with him he's disgusting and should be fired.

  Accidentally placed a order for counter instead on drive thru, it’s too late to reverse or pull forward now. When I tried explaining everything to the person and apologizing for my mistake, they were pretty upset and didn’t even said it was alright while trying to hide that they annoyed. But shoutout to the ppl who were at the last window and actually listened to me. Not a 1 star but 3 for the two people at the last window who actually have customer service and can understand that mistake can happen.
