  They will not give you what you ask for- napkins, condiments, service? Nope, just a big old finger from good old McDonalds

  Service is awful, came in and put in an order at the kiosk. Got a number and receipt. Waited 20 minutes no good, walked up to the counter and was told it was not ready, saw the order sitting there, told them that was my order. They gave it to me, fries and burger were cold by then. Second time this has happened in that location. Never going back there again.

  I am a regular customer on the Tanque Verde and Catalina Hwy. location. There is one employee in particular that works drive thru in the mornings during the week that needs a little more training in customer service. She never gives me my correct order with my coffee its always missing the extra things I pay for. I had stopped ordering the extra carmael drizzle or extra shot of espresso or the cold foam because it would always be ignored and I would pay extra for nothing. She usually rolls her eyes at me when I tell her its missing something. This is a convienient location for me because its close to my home but at this point I will have to think about taking my business elsewhere. Its truly unfortunate. I am a very understandable person and dont like problems but I also dont like a bad attitude when Im paying to get what I order.
