- BVBrissa Valenzuela1 day ago1.0I always used to enjoy going to that McDonald's because the service was very fast, but recently it has become very slow and the employees are extremely rude. They consistently have a bad attitude and an unpleasant expression when serving customers. If they do not want to work there, they shouldn't, but the customer service is unacceptable. I always request extra ketchup and they provide it begrudgingly every time. With this level of customer service, it's not worth dining there because customers are not made to feel welcome.

I went back inside and asked nicely if we could get it and they were really rude about it and said I needed to buy something when I had just showed them my receipt so we went back and forth until she finally got the manager who effortlessly got me one.
