  First, I go to the bathroom to wipe my face, no paper towels to wipe my face or water IN THE SINK to clean. Makes you wonder how the workers can be sanitary when the customers cannot.

  When coming by in the early morning hours, 5 to 6:00 a.m, I always have had excellent service and hot food. The inside dining area has been clean, the music is at a low volume. Customers are cheerfully given access to the restrooms.

  We visited this McDonald’s during the night and had gone through the drive-thru. The person taking the order seemed confused and unhelpful. The person taking the payment was very friendly and kind, however when we recieved our order a bag was just thrown out of the window. There was no person, just an arm, which was quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally upon checking our order, we found that they provided us the incorrect sauces, and we had ordered a 20 piece nugget that we only received 18 of. The combination of an incorrect order and largely unprofessional service has lead us to decide to not return to this location, as this seems to be a running trend with this location. I often have visited this location on mornings or evenings inside and found the managers to be unkind to customers or even staff.
