- BDBlanca DicocheaMay 12, 20261.0Went in for ordered on my app and it took them over 30 minutes to get my food. When I asked what was taking so long the MANAGER ROSA instead of being apologetic was extremely rude. Waited annother 10 minutes for food . For 2 burgers and an happy meal. After I get my order the food was cold and I had to go back to get it fresh.AGAIN Rosa was very rude and unprofessional. ROSA does not have good customer service and also should see about her tone of communication with customers. EXTREMELY UPSETTING! No apology whatsoever. Food was horrible, place was dirty , employees in the back with music so loud , not in uniform, just over all terrible experience.

And I said, well then you owe me a Nickel back, she said, if I give you a Nickel back, then my drawer is going to be short. Screamed at me, almost. This McDonald's is habitually lacksidasical, not friendly. McDonald's had said it was going to benefit the customer not itself when the oenny issue began...They said if there were no pennies on either side of the fence, meaning your cashier or me, the benefit goes to me. I should have gotten a Nickel back and I shouldn't have been treated this way. This is a store with attitude, I will avoid this store
