Just received some of the worst customer service of my life. Drive thru was parked and waited 28 minutes for my food...and that's after we had to go in and get it. Inexcusable.

I understand that businesses have rules, and I always respect them. I just wish the situation had been handled differently.
I wasn’t aware of the 45-minute “no loitering” dine-in rule, especially since I’ve studied here before for longer periods and was never told anything. This time, however, an employee approached me in a way that felt rude and disrespectful. He tapped on my table and abruptly told me my 45 minutes were up and that I needed to leave.
I completely understand enforcing store policies, but there’s a way to communicate that respectfully. A simple, polite explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, almost like he had been waiting to tell me to leave.
As a paying customer who purchased a drink, I would have appreciated being treated with a bit more courtesy. Thank you.

You know... it's a mcdonald's.
Normally I give 4 stars across the board, as long as im getting that typical mcdonald's experience. 5 if it's an exceptional mcdonald's, less if its got problems. You get it.
My experience here; the food was not so good. They must have dropped both my burgers in the grease trap, dumped them out onto a bun and proceeded to wrap them like nothing happened. I'm not exaggerating either... they were straight up WET💦 with grease, bun was soaked. As soon as I reached into the bag, I felt the grease, before I even saw the sandwich....
I eat at mcdonald's way more than I should, and even I was put off by the ocean of grease on my grease-burger. I ate maybe 1/2 of one 🍔 (and that's a very generous estimate) because i was starving, the rest went in the trash.
My Carmel frappe was good tho.
And service was pretty good too, and quick. The tattooed young lady who took my money was a class act, cute, and very polite. I'd give her a raise, so she can get more ink!
Biggest regret was not taking pics of the WAP-🍔s to show y'all before trashing them.🤢

★★AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE DISABLED!! ★★
It was into this location on March 26th 2026 at 9am. I know this for certain because I liked to drop into that location to get breakfast before my arthritis treatment at the TMC Infusion Center. That is until the morning of the 26th when I pulled into one of the to go spots. It was going to place my order right away but I'm an older disabled guy who drove in from Three Points so I had to use the restroom before placing my order. I grabbed my backpack which is filled with a couple thousand dollars worth of medications and medical equipment THAT WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF THEY ARE STOLEN OR LOST. If anything happens to that backpack then I will be in a full scale withdrawal of multiple medications until my next doctor's appointment when they are legally allowed to renew my prescriptions. Leaving my backpack in my vehicle is something that simply does not happen. In fact, I've brought it inside with me the last three times I had breakfast at that location and the manager didn't bat an eye when she unlocked the restroom for me. But I knew the moment I walked in the door that nobody who worked at the Speedway McDonald's that day would give two ships what my excuse was for having a backpack. Because they were already in the process of taking the backpack, likely also filled with irreplaceable medications, from a visibly upset disabled woman in a wheelchair. The manager stating over and over again that there was a sign on the wall and if we didn't like it we could leave. I told her that frankly that was garbage, but at that point my bladder was screaming which means intense kidney pain until I empty it so I had no other choice but to leave my backpack in the car while I went inside to use the restroom. I was so disgusted that when I was done that I left.
You're not going to get my business if you're going to tell someone who's Disabled in a wheelchair that they can't bring needed medications or equipment with them because it happens to be in a backpack. YOU DO NOT REFUSE ENTRANCE OR SERVICE TO WOMEN WITH PURSES. A BACKPACK IS NO DIFFERENT THAN A PURSE FOR A MAN OR A DISABLED PERSON. I'm so tired of the businesses of Tucson choosing to discriminate against the Disabled in favor of keeping homeless people from washing in their bathrooms.
IT WAS COMPLETELY APPARENT THAT BOTH MYSELF AND THE WOMAN IN THE WHEELCHAIR WERE NOT HOMELESS. And let's clear this up, it's NOT acceptable for you to hold my bag behind the counter while I use the restroom or dine in your establishment. Your fine employees do not have the time or attention span to pay attention to who's coming and going or using the restroom. They can't distinguish between customers and the homeless. Yet I am supposed to believe that they are going to keep a secure eye on my bag the entire time? You are foolishly setting yourself up for a very big lawsuit. I hope it's class action so I can participate. (The woman in the wheelchair that let them take her backpack? Yeah, they set it down behind the counter just inside the entrance where anyone walking out of the restroom could scoop it up and walk out the door if the employees were not paying attention for 3 seconds. NOT ACCEPTABLE.)
I could have called the McDonald's corporate number or talked to some lame duck franchisee that's not really going to care about the situation. Instead I chose to put a review here to warn the people of Tucson that, once again;
IF YOU ARE DISABLED I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION.
Most other locations in Tucson do not have this policy.
