- JKJ KMay 6, 20262.0Called to see if the system was down because the one on Ina was and could hear the employee groaning on the phone and basically told me after she hesitated that their system was also down but it seemed like she just said that cause she didn’t want anyone coming and then proceeded to say they open at 4 AM but it was literally 3:55 or close to it when I called so… I get fast food is not fun. I understand it’s a lot but at least try not to show you’re irritated. :(

When I get there, the order doesn’t show up on my app and I’m unable to get my food and I lost 7000 points for nothing. Will not be going back to any McDonalds locations anymore. I’m done with not being able to receive my food when using my points for them.

Some of the fries are even crunchy, not from being "crisp and fried to perfection", no, crunchy because they're raw. This is consistent, every single time I come to this location they are cold, wet, and raw. A McDonalds staple, ruined.
