  I don’t know who runs this place or who does the hiring, but they need to be fired, they have nothing but incompetent workers running this place! If I could leave zero stars I would!

  Closed before 9:50 pm on May 10th? Asked why said its normal. What a joke flip some burgers buddy. Working ain't free!

  This McDonald’s is quite possibly the worst one in town never a good experience. Placed, an order online and use my points for a free apple pie, I get to the restaurant it’s cool. They don’t have it. I asked him to please cancel my points because I earned them and If I’m not getting what I would like, I don’t want to use them, As they come in handy, ESPECIALLY When McDonald’s is charging $13 for a meal. Anyway, I got to the window. I was told they didn’t have any. I asked the rude older lady at the pick up window. He didn’t even greet me to please cancel the lie so I can reclaim the points since they’re not giving me an item I want or ordered. They said they couldn’t and offered a sale strawberry. I declined because it looked disgusting and it’s not what I ordered. They hand me my food And they threw in a strawberry pie in the bag even though I told them I would rather them cancel it and keep my points. The lady at the window asked her manager at the window who said you get what you get because it’s free and there’s no way to cancel it so that that’s what we have to give you. Againthat was the manager on duty today, April 30 at 6:01 PM male in a white top in case the owners of this franchise would like to do something about their management. so I took the strawberry pie that was tossed in my bag and I handed it to the nice homeless man that was waiting in at the end of the drive-through window. I guess it didn’t go to waste, but I find it ridiculous that they can treat people this way and basically throw a huge middle finger in your face.
