  Absolutely terrible what in the world are you hiring first graders because a five year old can do a faster and complete job service at this location is slow and incompetent. #1 for worst McDonalds locations!

  Went to this mc donalds ordered 2 burgers fries and a 4 piece nugget the lady repeated my order with everything I asked for got my food and was missing the nuggets the dude asked for my receipt and told me the nuggets weren't on there and said if I wanted them I had to get back in line and order them SMH I went to wendys and got spicy nuggets thank you mc donalds for your amazing customer service at least the tea was actually sweet this time

  Orders for pickup take forever I waited 25 minutes and that’s crazy for McDonalds

  Most of the issues we had were technical. We spent 20-30 minutes getting our order down on the kiosk and trying to get a deal from the app to work (taking things off that might disqualifythe deal etc.). When we finally gave up on the deal we realized that the kiosk would not let us finish the order to pay. We had to re-start at another machine. Then we went to the counter to pay cash, and it all went downhill. We had added extra espresso shots to a frappe, but were told they didn't have what they needed for it so it would take another 15 minutes or so. Our drinks had to be filled behind the counter because the soda machine in the dining room was down. Plus our large drinks all got downsized because they were out of large cups. We couldn't order ice-cream if we wanted to because the kiosk said their machine was down. The whole process took way too long, but we finally got our food. The food was good as always, and despite the problems, the employee that helped us was very nice. It just wasn't a great experience.

  Came through at 10:50 was told they don’t have any more meat that I have to order something chicken that they already have cooked and proceeded to wait over 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru line. Closing time is closing time you shouldn’t pre-close and have items not available to get ready for a detail cleaning when your turning away cars at least three or four I saw. Bad costumer service this store just needs to be better and more about the guest service not cleaning to go home.
