  Horrible customer service would not let a kid use the bathroom. When the rep did he was rude and made snarky remarks about it. I’ve eaten here before and will never come back. Truly appalled on how they would treat people

  I came in to get their meal deal and was told it was online only. Told I can order from my phone even though I am standing right infront of them. Their ad does not say online only. This is stupid and lacks all customer service. The attitude of the cashier was lacking.

  Nothing wrong with the speed of service, store cleanliness, or staff pleasantness. In fact, all of that was great. But why is it $1.40 to add cheese! That caught me off guard. I know Jimmy John’s are individually owned, but other ones I’ve been to (even at airports), the additional charge for cheese is only 75 cents. A single original sandwich here was $11.06 - no chips or drink 😵 I know prices are high and eating out is expensive, but yikes.

  If I'm in a hurry and want a sub this is where we go. We went the other day, the staff is always friendly and good at their jobs, the place is clean, the food is fast, and the bread is much better than the other commercial sub shops. My only complaint? Two subs and two fountain drinks were nearly $30. I know prices are high everywhere, maybe not their fault, but wow.
