  I ordered a sandwich for delivery at 1:50pm. It was 2:30 when I realized it hasn’t come yet (I was waiting right by the door) I got a call 2 minutes after that saying a driver tried to deliver my food but I did not answer the door so he brought the sandwich back. Upon telling me this he said “you must’ve given the wrong address” I then confirmed the address. It was correct. He then scoffed and said “well I have your sandwich here unfortunately and it’s gonna be delivered but it’s gonna be awhile and there’s nothing I can do about that. So. Bye” and hung up. I called back because at this point it’s been an hour since I placed my order and kindly asked for a refund. He then said “yeah I GUESS I can give you a refund and throw your food away. Seems pretty wasteful to me but YEAH sure. I’ll go ahead and do that.” And hung up. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS and I know this is not how you handle a situation like that. I hope that employee is genuinely okay, but I hope he knows that is not how you handle an issue like that.

  Try getting a #6 with added turkey(Sebastian the employee)suggested I get the#12 Beach club cause its the same thing & I even double checked with him thats its the same as the #6. Get home & unfortunately is not the same cause its missing the avocado spread(even though I mentioned the avocado spread). SEBASTIAN YOU FAIL ME, I even tipped lol

  LACKING. Not a value driven visit. Simply not worth what was charged for what we received. No real incentive to return. Arby's is far cheaper.

  First time visitor. While I found the food decent, I also found it was overpriced and far from great. Everyone behind the counter was very helpful and courteous. I personally didn't find the prices charged to be remotely supported by what was served. In the end, it's a sandwich and little more. Pleasant but unimpressed.
