  Location Campbell/glenn I ordered a giant chicken bacon ranch with no tomatoes. I received a bun with tons of lettuce almost no chicken. Definitely not worth $25.

  Ordered a sandwich and ate in. When I asked for a water cup, I was told it would cost $0.50 — first time I've encountered this anywhere in Tucson. I declined on principle. The sandwich was fine, but nickel-and-diming customers for tap water while they're eating in is a bad look. Won't be back to this location.

  The employees were very nice and the service was surprisingly quick, even though they had a pretty active drive-thru. Conversational and pleasant, they deserved a tip and a good thanks for their work. ☺️

  Questionable turkey. Felt slimy and had dark spots on it. Looked like it was old or wasn't being kept at the right temp.

  Great service, super fast! Or should I say "freaky fast?" Ok, ok. Yes, I've always liked JJ's. For awhile the only one I knew about was on Park and University. This location makes driving to it really convenient. Plus they have a drive thru.
