  My order was delivered through uber, uber driver spend about 35 minutes to deliver the meal. This is normally about 5 minutes delivery time. Uber map showed that delivery people (2 of them in the car) stop and wait in two places for a long time. I think they were doing some other business while delivering food. Very disappointing.

  I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant at this Jimmy John’s location. I placed an order yesterday well before closing time, and instead of preparing or delivering it, they waited until the exact moment they closed to cancel it. No call, no explanation, nothing. Just a last‑minute cancellation and zero effort to make it right. When I contacted the store the next day to figure out what happened, they refused to help or even attempt to complete the order. Their attitude made it clear they had no interest in customer service or accountability. I ended up having to reach out to corporate myself just to get a refund. What’s even more concerning is that corporate informed me this location is a franchise, meaning they have no control over how it’s run. So if this is how the owners choose to operate—accepting orders, waiting until closing to cancel them, and then refusing to fix their own mistakes—customers are left with no real support. I’m sharing this so people know what to expect before placing an order here. After this experience, I’ll probably be avoiding Jimmy John’s altogether. --
