  Received a text message that food had arrived, it didn't until 30 mins later. Called the store, manager informed me they are presently using 3rd party drivers from Uber Eats & DoorDash and once the order leaves their store, they can't track the orders and there's nothing they can do if the food is not delivered.

  Got the hunter combo. The "double" roast beef was a very questionable amount to qualify as double. The dining area was very clean and pleasant. The lady working was very polite and courteous.

  I work at UA, and ordered Jimmy John's for delivery as I do most weeks. The sandwich left the store at 12:15 and the delivery never made it to me even though they have always delivered directly to my office. When I called the store on Park to inquire about my order status, they could not give me one. The manager told me that they don't have a lot of delivery workers on staff in the summer, so often orders get messed up. My order was discovered by a student worker in the direct sunlight an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery. It was hot and slimy and no longer edible. This is one of my favorite places for lunch on campus, but the service today was beyond disappointing. Good service is not just important when the students are here - it is important all year.
