  I would would 100% recommend this place for a good service. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was very hoy and spacious. Everything was clean. Just a couple flies overall but I would give this place at least A 4.5 star review and our server was absolutely amazing. She was very considerate and attentive. She spoke Spanish so we could talk freely in either language ! 100% recommend Paola for service and tip them they have amazing service!!!!

  While visiting my daughter at U of A ❤️🤍💙 (Bear Down), she brought a group of us to try out Humo! It was an amazing experience! We loved our server Abby! She was super friendly and energetic, and gave it exceptional service to make our dining experience the best! The rest of the staff was very friendly and help as well. The food was absolutely delicious! I am very impressed with this restaurant and will definitely be returning on any of my future visits! Yes, ma’am

  We’re visiting Tucson for a leadership retreat and decided to try Humo Cocina Mexicana for dinner — what a great find! We happened to come on Taco Tuesday, and the value was incredible. Tacos were $1.99, so I tried all five varieties for about $10. Great way to sample the menu, and they were delicious! We also shared fresh guacamole and chips, elote asado (street corn), and shrimp-stuffed peppers, plus I had to have a Mexican Coke. Everything we tried was really good. Our server, Paola, was fantastic! She took great care of our group and added to an already great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the value was hard to beat. Five of us ate for under $120! Great food, great service, and incredible value. If I lived in Tucson, Taco Tuesday at Humo would definitely be in the rotation. Highly recommend!

  Humo is a great little Mexican restaurant on Thornydale. I know of their food from Art State Arizona events but this is my 1st time in the restaurant. I had the birria ramen and an el pastor taco and both were outstanding!! Especially the ramen!! The broth is the rich birria goodness that was perfect on this rainy day!! Abby was our server and she was terrific!! My friends had enchiladas and the mixed taco plate and all were delicious!! We also shared the flan & churros to share!! Yummy!! If you have not tried Humo-GO!! I highly recommend it!! Local restaurants really need our support!! EAT LOCAL!!!

  This place on Thornydale Road, Tucson, is cool Mexi Eats with a vibe all its own! The customer-centric locale, it seating and ambience call out as a place to hang out. Service, location and parking are pretty good. They boast ‘vibrant, bold flavors that will leave you craving more’… not for us. They offer a decent array of typical Mexican goodies and sides, but their flavors left a lot to be desired. Can’t tell what part of Mexico if any they’re trying to assimilate or if they are attempting something nouvelle. Tastes at Humo (smoke) seem to waft away by the time we tasted their offerings. It’s not bad, but we can’t understand they’re high ratings on Yelp and Google.
