It was our 1-year wedding anniversary, from the moment we walked in the service was phenomenal! Chris was very personable, knowledgeable, made amazing recommendations and made our night truly special. We had the Sea bass Special and bone in Ribeye 10/10 for both dishes! DONT forget the lava cake :)

OMG! I have dined at Fleming's previously - a couple of years ago - but nothing in my previous visits prepared me for the "red carpet" of my fabulous Mother's Day dining experience at Fleming's yesterday!
Our table was ready upon arrival. Our waiter, Chris, was attentive, and infused us with his love (for our respective "purposes" for being there) of creatingca fine dining experience for this entrusted to his care. He mentioned, upon placing our individual orders, how out steaks would be when served after preparation (e.g. "medium" meant pink and warm on the inside; "rare" meant red and warm, etc.) so there would be no misunderstood expectations from our group.
Each plate and side dishes were carefully prepared with painstaking accuracy, and served after we had an opportunity to mingle, converse and catch-up, socially, as if punctuating our personal and collective interactions with deliberate, impeccable timing only learnt through years of "reading the room" historical knowledge.
Literally, EVERY detail about his service to us was delivered with intentionality! Even our deserts, at the conclusion of our meal, was "anticipated"by Chris with a spoon at each guests' place, despite only a couple of deserts being ordered by our table of six - for a "shared taste" of the creme' brulee (were she selfless enough to share, which, of course, she did!).
Throughout and at the end of the meal, l was gobsmacked by the profound memory this entire experience created for our family!
Thank you, Fleming's - and Chris - for providing our family with what will surely be one of our most cherished Mothers' [there were two in attendance] Day celebrations of our entire lifetime!
PS: We'll be back!!

I don't eat at high end restaurants much, but I enjoyed this place. It was very nice and the food was very good. My only complaint is that the service was a tad slow.We were a 2 top and the 6 top our server also had was getting all the attention. Had we been treated just as important, my experience would have been much better. I should never have to ask another server to get ours so we could order because we were forgotten. Aside from that, a lovely time indeed. I would try them again.

I used to think of Flemings as the best steakhouse in Tucson. I believe reviews should be accurate and true,so when I found The Keg in Oro valley I felt they were close and comparible but The Keg way more reasonably priced plus I would tip my hat a little more to The Keg on quality and overall taste. But me and my wife had not been to Flemings since October since finding The Keg in Oro valley. So tonight we decided to give Flemings a chance, and let me reassure you we will NEVER be back! Where to begin? First the service was slow and confused with very little understanding or knowledge. So it started off by completely bringing me the wrong beverage wich was a irritating inconvenience, and then took forever to get back to us on simple menu questions. Then when we finally got to order they first brought our salads to the wrong table, and then when we had to wait for them to remake them they brought them made with items we requested not to have on them so more waiting while they remade or salads for a 3rd time. The steak was cooked correct but the cut was mediocre, the mushrooms were good but hardly any. So at the end when the server brought my check the wrong beverage was what I was charged for and her explanation was it didn't matter because they're the same price. They also raised all their pricing wich price doesn't usually matter to me,but when it's overpriced with okay food and horrible service and a bad experience I won't be back and stick to where I know the food and service is outstanding with a rememberable experience everytime. Tonight reminded me why I don't care for Sullivan's!

Myself and three colleagues dined here recently, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We began with the crab cakes (HIGHLY recommended) and several sides to accompany our steaks, all of which were excellent (fyi, you have to order aides extra - which is typicalfor a steakhouseof this caliber). I had the filet mignon, while my colleagues ordered different cuts of steak, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The volcano cake for dessert was absolutely amaaazing and the perfect way to end the evening.
A special thank you to our waiter, Joe, who truly elevated the experience. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly friendly. I was undecided between two wines, and he helped me choose the perfect one. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for he made us feel- warm, thoughtful service that is rare to find these days. Joe made us feel like valued guests, not just another table. Highly recommend.
