- SBShannon Bork4 days ago1.0$40 down the drain. I was looking forward to trying the food and my daughter thought it sounded good. It was the first time eating at an El Pollo Loco and it will be the last. We were given stale chips, the beans had no flavor, rice had no flavor and the chicken was dry. Service wasn't great. Just all around not a good experience and I felt like I wasted money. Very disappointing.

The only thing I think can be improved on is the amount of chicken inside. And the missing cheese. But that's all. Even the prices weren't gouging the pockets. Yes, I happily recommended El Pollo Loco for any meal you need. Thank you very much 👍 It was comfortable inside where we ate and our waitress was fantastic. I will be coming back for more from your scrumptious menu offerings. Look for me, I'll be back soon. Thank you so very much 😊
- SSStingrayAug 20, 20265.0FINALLY! This EPL has gone back to the individual cups for the pinto beans. Serving the scalding hot beans/liquid in those flimsy plastic containers was a bad burn waiting to happen (my guess is it did happen). Now, the individual cups are back. Hooray! No more chicken sitting in bean soup. No more hot liquid in the bottom of a plastic bag that leaks. This is a very welcome, smart move on the part of this EPL location. Thank you!
