  Wow, this was supposed to be.. I stopped in Yuma at a place to get BBQ and then walked to first round bar and had a beer and someone in there said if im going to Tuscon then I should go to el cayo if I like seafood.. I lightly shelved it away in my brain and thought nothing of it. Then I got to my hotel down by the place I am working near the airport and today I decided to go walk and look for food and this place was within walking distance, I came here and it was amazing. They know what good clean seafood is.. it’s those details that matter.. I ordered a taco plate and then the cucaracha shrimp plate after and then ordered a second cucaracha shrimp because it was so good! They clean and splay the shrimp and they are cooked to perfection. The texture was perfect and solid but not overcooked. This was the best cooking I’ve had.. I will say I like the char of Point Loma fish shop seasoning in San Diego, but this was a superb meaty shrimp of impeccable flavor. A++

  No fuimos por la comida, fuimos por el baile. Los camareros son muy atentos y quieren asegurarse de que estés contento. Mi única queja fue que mi primera bebida estaba equivocada, pero quizás fue porque ella no me oyó con el ruido de la fiesta y todo el alboroto.
