    Today is my birthday, and I was having some trouble with the app because I wasn't showing my birthday rewards. But I definitely want to give a shout out to Kayla! She was amazing! I was very surprised when she gave me the cup and it said happy birthday!! Thank you for the amazing experience at this location!!

    I would ask people if they prefer hot vs cold drinks before assuming. And if you’re going to give me an iced drink without asking, maybe it shouldn’t be 75% ice

    I’m really sad today cause I go to this Dutch Bros at least five times a week and today the service was awful. I waited 20 minutes. It seemed like the drive-through cleared out at least twice then I finally got my coffee and my two sliders and the coffee is definitely not what I asked for and the sliders were still cold, but unfortunately, I’m on my way to work so I couldn’t wait any longer very upset but I guess I’ll try a different location and avoid this one.
