Their kindness, positive energy, and customer service really stood out. They were welcoming, patient, and made the whole experience feel personal instead of just another stop for coffee. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Employees like Nicole and Wyatt are the reason why I only come back to this location. - AAAJShucksMay 21, 20261.0Been coming to this location since they opened first off. Have NEVER had a bad experience in those years, until today. Took my daughter to celebrate her birthday (today)and get her birthday beverage via the app. Her app wouldn't load so the employee in the drive thru said no problem as long as she had her id she'd honor it, she did and so then the employee offered to upgrade to the large given it was a bday beverage. We get to the window and the manager comes to the window like I'm trying to stick the place up. Stated she wouldn't honor it unless I could show her the app and the employee was wrong. She then refused to serve us. NO REASON FOR HER TO REFUSE US WHEN IT WAS HER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS WRONG. She's clearly new and needs a new position, customer service isn't her thing and we won't be back, thanks to her.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
