    Unprofessional and unfriendly which is super strange due to the usual Dutch bros environment. You guys should re-evaluate how you teach your staff how you talk and treat the customers who keep the business afloat ☺️

    Weird location. They have two guys standing outside in their very crowded drive thru but then they don’t have any menus to show you. I guess you’re supposed to memorize their menu before showing up? But as someone who drinks Starbucks and has only been to Dutch Bros twice I don’t know what I want to order without seeing the menu. Like how are you taking orders at the back of the drive thru with NO menu to show customers???? Meanwhile their menu is all the way at the front of the drive thru. The whole process was confusing and off putting. I will not be coming back here. I’ll stick to Starbucks.

    This is a zero review horrible staff didn’t even acknowledge me and brother at the window staff kept looking but didn’t take the time to say hi or we’ll be right with you. i saw the guy make my drink he has like light brown hair he spilt the foam everywhere and forgot multiple items in my drink horrible im done with this location you’re staff has a high ego be more professional TEACH THEM AND LEARN how to flex your drive-through and window customers

    Highly unprofessional staff working today 9/12/26 around 11:50am. My sister got rear ended by an erratic driver in their drive thru and the staff thought it would be appropriate to make jokes to their coworkers as my sister is there trying to deal with the situation. Instead of cracking jokes and getting your little laughs in maybe ask if a customer who’s spending their money at your establishment is okay. Do better and hire people with more professionalism.

    It's crazy to me that they seem to prioritize the drive-thru over walk up. I saw the 10+ cars in the drive-thru and 1 person in the walk up and always thought if there are 10+ people in one line and 1 person in the other, it's a wise choice to choose rhe line with 1 person. But no, it took me 20 minutes to get a kids "milkshake" (crushed ice and milk) that my kid didn't even drink because it was the worst milk shake I've ever had. Everyone in the drive-thru and then some had already been served and gone. Threw off our entire morning
