    Walk up window is soooo slow. Music inside the building is so loud they cannot hear the order. Constantly saying huh?, what? excuse me? 15 minutes for a $6.00 coffee is not fast food or fast service.

    Our first visit to a Dutch Bros. today and wasn't sure what or how to order. Abby met us in the driveway and guided us through it all. My iced coffee with a "Fireball" (non-alcohol) shot was tasty and my wife's Golden Eagle freeze is addictive. Thanks Abby! We'll be back.

    I have been an avid customer at this Dutch for four years now, to my surprise they will SCOLD YOU for having a complicated drink order. Not to mention the shoving of iPad in your face when it comes time to tip. Interactions are very backhanded and short. This location will never see my business again.
