- AGAllie GretchenMay 27, 20261.0Tried giving Dutch Bros another shot today and honestly… rough experience. The girl taking our order acted annoyed the second we politely asked her to repeat the order back because she never confirmed it in the first place. She gave this weird laugh like we were inconveniencing her for wanting accuracy. She honestly seemed like she hated her life and job, which really showed in the way she interacted with customers. If it helps identify who it was, she was a bigger set girl with fake eyelashes and messy light brown hair working around 630-7pm tonight. May 27 I also asked for warmed banana bread, and she left it sitting by the window getting cold while standing there talking with coworkers. The whole team seemed way more focused on chatting than actually moving orders out while giving weird looks, which made the wait feel unnecessarily long. And after all that, the drink was made wrong anyway. I don’t mind waiting when a place is busy, but there’s a difference between busy and careless. The vibe felt chaotic and dismissive instead of welcoming. Definitely disappointing.

Your employees still served the lady even though she wasn’t obeying the no smoking signs and didn’t tell her to not smoke on the property. Please address this issue.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
