  I go to this location all the time all the girls go above and beyond!!! And Jadon is exceptional, when I lost my son in the beginning of the year everyone of these girls and guys felt my pain and cried with me they have been family to my husband and myself!!!

  This Dutch Bros is honestly the Dutch Bros from hell. I thought the whole concept of Dutch Bros was supposed to be friendliness, good vibes, and positive energy, but this location is the complete opposite of that. The attitude from the employees is absolutely disgusting. They’re rude, disrespectful, and act like customers are annoying for simply showing up and ordering a drink. Basic manners and customer service clearly do not exist here. I genuinely try my best to avoid coming to this location even though it’s the closest one to where I live. I literally go out of my way to other Dutch Bros locations because I’m tired of constantly having terrible experiences here. And the crazy part is I’ve NEVER gotten the same awful treatment at any other Dutch Bros in Tucson except this one. Every other location manages to be friendly and welcoming, while this one feels miserable every single time. I started looking through the reviews for this location and it’s honestly insane how almost all of them are negative, and after experiencing this place myself, most of those reviews are clearly true. So many people are complaining about the same exact things: rude employees, horrible attitudes, terrible customer service, and bad drink quality. And apparently the only thing management knows how to do is copy and paste the same automatic response under bad reviews instead of actually fixing the problem. Sending fake automated apologies isn’t going to magically change the fact that the employees suck, their attitudes are shitty, and the quality here is awful. If employees hate their jobs that much, they shouldn’t be taking it out on customers. People are spending money here to get coffee and a good experience, not attitude, hostility, and unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to step in because this location is embarrassing to the Dutch Bros brand.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros. There was an employee with blonde hair and glasses who was being extremely rude to what seemed like a new hire trying to learn how to make drinks. Instead of being patient or helpful, she had a very nasty attitude toward the girl, which was uncomfortable to witness as a customer. Then when she came to take my order, she had the same rude attitude with me. The energy and customer service were honestly terrible. What made it worse is that she was getting upset at the new employee for making a drink wrong, while she herself was the one specifically making my drink — and I literally watched her make it completely wrong. I’ve also come here another time when the same employee was working, and instead of helping customers or taking orders, I could hear her and another coworker standing around talking about boys and other personal stuff while customers were waiting. I understand working in coffee can get stressful and hectic, especially during busy times, but that doesn’t excuse treating coworkers or customers badly. The staff here seriously need attitude adjustments and better professionalism. I won’t be returning to this location.

  I was just in so disappointed. Both of my freezes have no flavor and are light as air like there were just whipped. So gross and water down flavor like it was the end of a batch or hand blended with just ice. I ordered 3 drinks and with $4 tip it was $27 bucks and change. Taste nothing like the freezes I get all the time. For those prices y’all should do better. I took the lids off to taste cause they looked so different. Can’t even drink they they got put in the trash :(. *** update to their auto respond message. Like you put the same message on everybody’s bad service review. So sad but do nothing to help the customer or make things right.
