This is a review for a visit that took place over a month ago (Aug 2026)I needed to write it because I believe it’s worth mentioning. I was driving from San Jose to El Paso for a funeral, and when I was coming back to California I stopped by this location to get a coffee. After I had ordered, the guys taking my order asked me why I had my cats in the car. And then I mentioned I had driven cross country for my grandmas funeral. He then canceled the payment, and said that it was on them. Anyways I just want to say thanks, and the folks working here are awesome.

Visiting for the first time and was in drive thru and watched a young girl play with a dog from the car while everyone waited to order and another young employee ran out to pet the dog. When she finally got to the car and we ordered, we had told her and she said it was a coworker..so she let the line build up so they could mingle with other employees. Very unprofessional. Should leave kids unattended at a job where they are just getting paid to play around

The employees were very nice and their Iced Golden Eagle was super good. It wasn’t too sweet or too bitter. I was one of the best iced Golden Eagles I’ve ever had

Sat in line for nearly 25 minutes, rolled up to a new girl that switched out taking orders and she went around my car and went to the person next to me that just pulled in. I told her that I was in line waiting before the other car and she ignored me. The customer service at this location has been consistently poor. I went to the window express my concern and a lady with short black curly hair and glasses blew me off and didn't think my concerns as valid. She was more upset i interrupted their little party inside the stand- talking, not working or even attending to the long line of cars. I was late for an appointment and the lack of procedure and actual car / customer management is a problem. Not going back to Dutch Bros.... POOR Customer service. For as much as the drinks cost, you would hope for better customer service.
