    Came on Saturday August 15 and order and ICED golden eagle and they gave it to me as an blended and we got down and said it was soposed to be an iced so we thought we were allowed to keep it but the male worker that was giving us attitude grabbed it from my hand and dumped the drink and gave us a new one and once we had it the cup was broken and it was leaking all in the car and it fell everywhere in my sisters white car which had white interior and we went back and asked for a replacement and they were gonna recharge us for the broken cup, which they gave it to us broken and my sister also got a banana chai which was really nasty and it was just really watery and it was supposed to be a large and they gave us a medium and we’re charging us and I want a refund so DUTCH BROS IF UR READING THIS I WANT A REFUND AND PLEASE HIRE BETTER WORKERS

    This place is not okay. The drinks here make me really nauseous and unwell every time I get them. Its like theres an ingredient thats expired or something. Ive gotten badly sick from this exact location for some reason and i am unsure why. However, when i return, i get sick again.. I am requesting the management here to recall some of your ingredients and do some confirmation checks to make sure they are safe to put out in the public. I am pretty sure im not the only one saying this but i hardly see anybody in line anymore at this location whenever I go to dairy queen, and its usually around 11am daily. I dont wanna end up in the hospital again from this location because of some unknown ingredient(s) making me sick. Please, check your products before handing it out to the public.

    THIS IS MY FAVORITE DUTCH. The employees are always so nice and they work so fast even though it's always so busy!!! I always make sure to tip because genuinely these employees are so sweet and kind. I go once a week and they always are so patient and calm. I will always return to this Dutch no matter what.

    They did not make my drink correct. Planning to start making my own at home. It's better I make it right instead of getting something not correctly made several times from several different locations.
