Showed up to the window and was not attended. Many minutes latee someone asked me if I had ordered they took a couple of minutes more to attend me after ordering. The customer service is horrible. They will prioritize drive thru and ignore window customers. Please fix this.

So fun! I usually come most of the time but it’s my birthday and the lady was super nice! Didn’t catch her name but so sweet!

I always come to this location but spending $18 on 2 drinks plus a tip just for the girl at the window to act like she was so bothered I came is outrageous, ordered 2 drinks and ask for drink toppers when I ordered didnt get them. This dutch bros location will take back an incorrect drink order but not an incorrect unopened straw and be rude about it.

Usually I have great service at Dutch Bros. When asking for 2 whipped cream cups today for my kids apparently the girl at the window didn’t know what sprinkles were and kept feeling the need to repeat that they don’t “usually” do whipped cream cups for kids just for dogs. Well funny that nobody else has had an issue at any location we have been to except for her. Everyone else was great and the coffee was good.
