Ice ratio is correct. I am very disappointed in my purchase. The doughnuts look good at this location but I didn't order any.

- RFRachel FrancisApr 16, 20261.0I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts as I go to the one by my house all the time. Today I decided to stop by one I’ve never been to (Grant and I10). They had a large variety there, very clean place. But I have to add, when I bit my donut it tasted like it’s been sitting there for over 24 hrs. I called and asked if I can go back and change them (1/2 dozen and 10 munchkins) out for fresher donuts and the girl told me all donuts were made that morning as they throw them out every night.That donut did not taste like it was made this morning, there’s no way! I just feel like if you are going to spend money on donuts they should taste fresh and not like they been sitting out for over 24 hrs. Crunchy and dry, no softness to it at all. I wish them well, but maybe serve fresh donuts.

They even for got the doughnuts I ordered but charged me for larger drinks when I wants smalls. Dutch Bros for now on. Which is disappointing cause we usually send our workers here for there daily coffee and snacks. We will have to go a little further for dutch bros. But its worth it.
