My daughter went to ask the manager a simple question and was yelled at. She is 14 years old. This has happened to use 4 times. Everytime the employees are rude or talking about inappropriate things. Go to the dunkin donuts down the street on grant and the freeway. Way much better. I will be filling a complaint on (Robert the manager of this place)

He explained to me the difference on appearance and ingredients of what I wanted on the menu as I was a little confused. He made me what I originally wanted and didnt charge me for it .I would have paid for it as it was my mistake not theirs. It made my day a little better. I will definitely be back soon. The new banana options are good.

Within minutes, the manager started banging on the door and accusing me of substance abuse. I purchased a lukewarm coffee and left. The manager does not correctly direct her staff so as to avoid long wait times, and has no understanding of customer service.
